After doing research and checking reviews, I spoke with John from HomeRun Homes Inspection in August of 2016 to do an inspection on my home. After leaving a message, he quickly responded and set up an appointment with my wife and me for that weekend. We, unfortunately, were in a bit of a time crunch, so thankfully John made time and was able to meet according to our schedule. Additionally, John took the time to go over what his process was what he was going to do and took the time to answer my initial questions. On the date of the inspection, John was early to get to the home to do some exterior inspections and issue spotting. While the house was a recently built home, he still took extreme care and consideration on all aspects of the inspection. John was extremely thorough, thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained some potential issues in the future we may have in the home and gave us recommendations that have, so far, turned out to be extremely beneficial. While I have not had any other experience with inspectors, there is no question I will be using John in the future, should we buy another home. When you finally locate a house, you need the assurance that you are not buying a "lemon." John, as I shall refer to him, because he was a fast-friend, unturned every stone of what I thought was a perfect house. Although it was and is a fine house, it was not perfect. John ascended the roof and discovered costly defects in the chimney. The seller remedied the defects.
