The client will have a full detailed report in order to address any potential repairs or upgrades. If the client decides to make some repairs or upgrades, we would be happy to provide them in a follow up report as well. A pre-listing report may contain any renovations that the selling home owner may have had done, prior deficiencies in the home that may have been repaired or upgraded, and/or meets current residential building standards.
